Inspection, diagnosis, visiting, and service charges are generally non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched or the service has been provided.

A payment has been charged more than once due to a technical or processing error.
A service was booked and paid for in advance, but our team was unable to provide the service.
The customer cancels the service before technician dispatch and before any work has commenced.
A refund is approved by management after reviewing a verified complaint, billing issue, or service-related concern.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Additional faults or issues are discovered during the inspection or diagnosis process.
The customer declines the recommended repair after the technician’s assessment.
The repair service has been completed successfully and accepted by the customer.
Delays occur due to spare part availability, manufacturer restrictions, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Damage occurs after service completion due to misuse, negligence, power fluctuations, water damage, pest infestation, unauthorized repairs, or other external causes.
4. Warranty-Related Issues
If a repair is covered under our service warranty, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through inspection, repair, adjustment, or replacement of defective parts where applicable. Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved under the warranty terms.
