2. Service Booking
When booking a service through our website, telephone, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Allow our technicians reasonable access to inspect and repair the appliance.
Pay applicable inspection, service, labor, and spare part charges as communicated.
We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel any service request if incorrect information is provided, safety concerns exist, or the location falls outside our service area.
3. Inspection and Diagnosis
Before performing repairs, our technicians may inspect and diagnose the appliance to identify the issue.
Inspection or visiting charges may apply.
Diagnosis charges are payable even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.
Repair estimates are based on the diagnosis conducted at the time of inspection.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service fees and repair costs vary depending on the appliance type, fault, labor involved, and spare parts required.
Customers must approve repair costs before work begins.
Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Service Warranty

Following all maintenance and usage recommendations provided by technicians.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service delivery and warranty eligibility.
7. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel a service request before technician dispatch without penalty.
However:
Cancellation after technician dispatch may incur visiting charges.
Cancellation after inspection may result in inspection or diagnosis charges being payable.
Charges already incurred are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 24Hr Customer Care shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Food spoilage due to refrigerator failure.
Loss of data, business interruption, loss of income, or loss of profits.
Delays caused by spare part shortages, transportation issues, weather conditions, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
